Expert Group, Inc. (EXPT) Becomes a Correspondent Mortgage Lender

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - July 10, 2008) - Expert Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPT) announces today that the company has been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Regulations as a Correspondent Lender.

A correspondent lender is an institution which has the capacity to authorize loans on behalf of a mortgage lender. This type of mortgage lender acts as the agent of one or several lenders (or "sponsors" who usually underwrite the loan) during the origination and closing. The correspondent lender may also service the loan for the lender.

A correspondent lender combines the best advantages offered by both bankers and brokers. "Correspondent lenders are similar to mortgage bankers in that they make the lending decision and fund the loan with their own money or credit line." However, once the loan is closed, it is sold to another lender, offering the lowest rates and best terms, at a pre-determined price. The customer will be dealing with a banker who is funding their loans. Unlike traditional bankers, this banker is also able to shop around for your mortgage, thus obtaining the lowest possible rate.

Robert Rico, EXPT C.E.O., states, "Becoming a Correspond Lender will open many doors for our business as we will be able to fund our own loans, service loans on behalf of other lenders for a fee and subsequently increase the number of loan originators as they do not have to be licensed individually under this license. There are many advantages to the customers also including that they will have more confidence and security knowing that their loan is being worked on by someone who uses everything on all available aspects of mortgage negotiating and funding."
