Experts Connection™ Launches New Teleseminar Series on Unlocking Executive Leadership Skills

Dr. Keith Merron Shares Tactics From Interviews With Noted Business Leaders and Identifies Three Key Factors That Make Great Leaders

NOVATO, CA--(Marketwire - September 5, 2007) - Great leadership differentiates great executives. Experts Connection™ ( www.experts-connection.com/LSHome.aspx), the teleseminar series for senior managers sponsored by NETSHARE® (www.netshare.com), has enlisted Dr. Keith Merron, an expert in leadership and organizational change, to host a new four-part series entitled "Unlocking the Heart and Soul of Remarkable Leadership." The series is presented as an exclusive engagement with NETSHARE and based on Merron's research for his upcoming book. The first introductory teleseminar is free and scheduled for Wednesday, September 19, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. ET (1:00 - 2:00 p.m. PT).

While much has been written about leadership skills and traits, very little is understood about what people know about what it requires to be a great leader, rather than what they do. Dr. Merron has spent the last two years conducting in-depth interviews with dozens of remarkable business leaders, including Ginger Graham, CEO of Amylin; Bannus Hudson, CEO of Beverages & More; Peter Ferrell, CEO of ResMed; Mimi Silbert, founder and CEO Of Delancey Street Foundation and Larry Flick, Chairman and CEO of the Trident Group. In this free introductory session, Dr. Merron will share some of the insights about what inner qualities are required for great leadership, including an overview of the three most important factors that define great leaders. Each of these factors will then be explored in the additional three programs in the series.

Through his research, Dr. Merron has worked to identify the inner source of great leaders, the inner characteristics that promote leadership. The teleseminar series is designed to help you connect with your own leadership traits, and will explore:

-- What are the forces inside you that embody leadership?
-- What can you do to improve yourself as a leader?
-- Where are you tenuous about your leadership abilities and how do you
    address these areas?
-- How do you assess the leadership capabilities of others?
-- How do you encourage others in your organization to be strong leaders?

"Some say that leaders are born, not made, but Keith's research shows that today's business leaders have invisible characteristics that shape their actions," notes Kathy Simmons, CEO of NETSHARE and host of the Experts Connection teleseminars. "This teleseminar series will show attendees how to mine their own internal resources to tap their own leadership abilities, and how to manifest those qualities to help them shape their career."

The second, third, and fourth installments in the series are scheduled for October 3 and 17, and November 7. The introductory session is free, and the price for the remainder of the series is $115 or participants can purchase individual programs for $45 each. For NETSHARE members, the series price is $90 or $35 each. For more information, visit http://www.experts-connection.com/LSHome.aspx or call 1-800-241-5642.
