Expesite 'Positioned' for Future Growth

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwire - May 23, 2011) - Expesite, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider based in Columbus, Ohio, unveiled its refreshed brand including its suite of Vision products, a collaborative software platform for real estate development, construction, and facilities management. Prompted by the recent acquisition of VisionFM, a Canadian-based facilities and asset management software company, the rebranding process included the renaming of Expesite's existing and new products under the Vision umbrella.

The suite of Vision products currently includes VisionRE (Real Estate), VisionPM (Project Management), VisionPM (Facilities Management), VisionMM (Maintenance Management), and VisionMSI (Multi-Site Inspection).

"The rebranding initiative makes sense from both a marketing perspective and a strategic growth perspective," said Jeff Sopp, CEO of Expesite. "It provides a simple, memorable, and intuitive way to communicate the core value of our products -- their ability to provide a unified view of essential real estate, locations, and facilities information. It also provides a flexible branding and naming strategy for easily integrating and assimilating new products into our expanding Vision suite."

As one of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. for the past four consecutive years, Expesite expands its suite of Vision products through strategic acquisitions of companies with cutting-edge technologies that complement its existing products. In 2009, Expesite acquired Report Hawk, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company offering a proprietary project tracking and reporting platform for general contractors. This acquisition allowed Expesite to enhance its VisionPM product. As a result of the VisionFM acquisition in December 2010, Expesite added both the VisionFM product and the VisionMM product to its platform.

"Expesite's goal is to provide an end-to-end solution for real estate development and facilities management. We will continue to invest in companies and technologies that allow us to expand our solution set both horizontally by adding new products, and vertically by enhancing the capabilities of our current offerings," said Sopp.

With offices in Columbus, Toronto, and Los Angeles, Expesite has plans to expand its reach and market share globally. Expesite operates from a position of financial strength and is well positioned to take advantage of future acquisition opportunities.

"This is an exciting time for the company," said Sopp. "We not only have the means to grow, but we now have the branding in place to ensure that future acquisitions are seamless. We are in a position to quickly communicate news of new products, new capabilities, and new value to our existing and perspective customers, which will help expedite our ROI on our future investments."
