Exploration Orbite: Grande-Vallee Drilling Campaign Preliminary Findings

Relatively High and Consistent Concentrations of Alumina

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 7, 2008) - EXPLORATION ORBITE V.S.P.A. INC. ("Orbite") (TSX VENTURE:ORT.A) announces the initial results for a drilling campaign performed on its Grande-Vallee property in the Gaspesie region during the fall of 2007. The purpose of these drillings was to assess the resources located in Zone A. Zone A represents less than 1% of the total surface area of the property and is one of the five most important zones of interest already identified. The results confirmed the continuous deposit of claystone extending to a depth of at least 50 meters.

The drilling campaign allowed the identification and dimensioning of an important clay deposit which is located on a continuous area of roughly 150 to 225 meters wide by 800 meters lenght along the southern section of Zone A.

Orbite has received the results of the analysis relating to 32 of the 40 drilling samples from the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), a university lab located in Quebec City. The analysis was performed on continuous 3 to 6 meters sections of the samples. The INRS reported weighted-average alumina concentrations of 23.97 % to 25.5 %. Henri-Louis Jacob, geologist and a qualified person within the meaning of Regulation 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, has qualified the deposit as being of a relatively high alumina concentration and very consistent. Furthermore Mr. Jacob has participated to drafting this release and has authorized its publication.

"These findings are well in line with our expectations and bodes well for the conclusion of the campaign" declared Mr. Richard Boudreault, the President and CEO of Orbite. Mr. Boudreault added that "with the promising results, the corporation will actively pursue its action plan".

Eight drillings samples are under analysis by INRS. These results are required to prepare a qualitative and quantitative report on the alumina clay deposit of Zone A.

In 2008, Orbite intends to pursue the evaluation of 4 additional alumina clay zones, including Zones B and C located at short distance north of Zone A in the Eastern part of the property along with two additional zones located in 2007 in the Western part of the property. Similarly to Zone A, these other zones are associated with alumina concentrations varying from 23% to 25%.
