Expo Holdings, Inc. Ships Orders to Wilkes County School District

NORTH WILKESBORO, NC--(Marketwire - July 16, 2008) - Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH), a holding Company, which wholly owns D&D Displays, Inc., is pleased to announce it has shipped completed orders to 4 High Schools in Wilkes County School District as well as Socrates Academy in Mathews, N.C.

The 5 schools affected are North, West, East, Central Wilkes High Schools and Socrates Academy. The company has started expanding its focus on governmental contracts in order to build up its past performance history. This will allow the company to begin seeking Federal contracts. The company will shortly file with the Central Contractor Registry and begin submitting bids through the Federal Business Opportunities web site for Federal and State contracts.

James D. Brown, Expo Holdings CEO, stated, "Our work with governmental agencies has been picking up and we now have the historical past performance needed to compete for Federal contracts. Our niche manufacturing capabilities make us ideal to fill orders for such things as military barracks, wall closets, desks and commercial cabinetry. In most cases, contractors purchase these items from manufactures and then mark the price up. Controlling the manufacturing side and dealing directly with the governmental agencies will allow us to provide competitive proposals and increase our chances of winning bids for these types of contracts. With many Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts available, this is the next logical step for us to take."
