CyberCap will be unveiling its newly revamped TechnoZone, a virtual service for reintroducing the 16- to 30-year-old generation to the labour market. To capture its targeted audience, TechnoZone offers a hip and topical Web site attuned to their lifestyle and featuring music, television, visual arts, film, Internet, concerts and video games. For example, the site highlights film clips produced by up-and-coming videomakers and professionals in the arts, culture and technology sectors. In addition to these broadcasts, TechnoZone offers portraits, job profiles, a resource directory and an interactive questionnaire that allows site users to obtain a personalized list of concrete career development actions that are in line with their stated interests.
