Express Personnel Services, Offers True Identity Theft Prevention Service for Employees

CHANDLER, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 2, 2006 --LifeLock CEO Todd Davis announced this afternoon that it has partnered with Oklahoma City-based Express Personnel Services to provide its employees at the corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City with identity theft protection.

"We are extremely excited about our opportunity to work with the entities of Express Personnel Services," said LifeLock CEO Todd Davis. "So far this year millions of people have become potential victims through organizations losing personal information. In the first four months of this year, 50 organizations have announced compromises through hacking, stolen equipment, misplaced data and disgruntled employees. Our system puts the individual back in control of what information is used, when it can be used and who is using it. We guarantee it!"

Lifelock utilizes a proprietary system of "locks" on a consumer's identity, preventing others from stealing a client's identity. The service combines tactics that include locking-down information, setting and maintaining alerts, forcing banks to contact people directly before issuing credit and removing a client from pre-approved credit card lists.

Lifelock is so sure its service will prevent a compromise it guarantees the effectiveness of its system up to $1 million to cover any expenses and legal fees should a breach occur.

"Initially we are making the LifeLock program available to about 400 employees at the Express corporate headquarters and other entities such as Express Sports, Express Travel and franchise offices owned by Bob Funk," said Sam Fox, Employee Benefits Manager for Express Services, Inc. "Because of the positive response we have received so far, we may eventually provide this benefit to all Express Personnel Services offices including over 325,000 temporary associates."

Express Personnel Services' client base extends through the U.S., Canada, South Africa and Australia, and employs more than 325,000 people annually. Company sales totaled $1.55 billion in 2005 and are estimated at $1.8 billion in 2006. Express provides expertise in temporary staffing/evaluation and direct hire; contract and executive recruiting and placement; and customized human resource services.

LifeLock, based in Chandler, Arizona, is the first and only identify theft prevention company in the U.S. that fully guarantees its service. Specializing in stopping the crime rather than reimbursement afterward, LifeLock takes the burden, fear and worry out of the consumers' hands.
