Eye Care Centers of America Selects OneNeck to Provide Custom Outsourcing Services to National Retail Outlets

Relationship Marks First Nationally Known Retailer on OneNeck's Client Roster

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 10, 2006 -- OneNeck IT Services announced today a five-year contract with Eye Care Centers of America, Inc. (ECCA), adding a nationally known retail customer to OneNeck's retail practice. OneNeck will manage ECCA's core infrastructure on which all of its business applications reside. ECCA operates or manages 385 stores across the country through 11 brands that are leaders in eye care service in each of their respective markets.

OneNeck will provide ECCA and its national retail outlets with NT and AS/400 support and maintenance; SQL server administration; virus protection; backup/restoration management; nightly batch job monitoring; BlackBerry support; and full Microsoft Exchange management. Additional services provided by OneNeck include enhanced wide-area network (WAN) management and service levels and 24 x 7 support center coverage.

This custom solution will enable ECCA to focus on strategic IT initiatives in key business areas, rather than on the day-to-day IT infrastructure, as well as have the ability to scale for growth.
