F3 Technologies Adds Platinum Selling Artist and Record Producer, Driving FargoTube Expansion Into Urban Music

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2011) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH), the company that launched the music/entertainment platform FargoTube™, is continuing its development and outreach within the music industry by adding two industry veterans from the urban music scene.

F3 is pleased to welcome the newest members of the FargoTube™ team, Mr. Kwan D. Straughn and Mr. Baron "B-Rock" Agee. This dynamic duo combines over 40 years of music and media experience -- selling more than 9 million records worldwide, scoring themes for major motion pictures, and hosting urban TV shows targeted towards established and independent artists both domestic and abroad.

"We are ecstatic to be working with Kwan and B-Rock and are eager to bring their talents to bear in FargoTube's growing success," says Paul Campbell, Chief Operating Officer. "Their combined experience, knowledge and connections within the entertainment scene are key catalysts that will help F3 catapult FargoTube to a completely new level."

Agee was born in Harlem, N.Y., and is a member of the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. He has six Top 10 records to his credit as an artist and producer. As an artist, he earned RIAA Gold certification for the B-Rock and Bizz release of MyBabyDaddy in 1997 and has been honored with four RIAA Platinum Awards for the sale of music he has produced. Agee served as Vice President of Miami, Florida based Pound 4 Pound Records from 1990 to 1991 and held the position of President from 1992 to 1993. In 1994 Agee was an executive at Atlanta-based Tony Mercedes Records, and produced songs for some of Rap Music's Top Platinum selling acts like Player Poncho, LA Sno (So So Def Recordings) and Duece Poppi (Bell Mark/TMR). Later that year he began his own production company, Atlanta-based Rawcast Entertainment, and teamed up with top record executives L.A. Reid and Babyface at Laface Records from 1995 to 1998, where he developed his own chart-topping group, B-Rock And The Bizz, in 1997. He created one of the most innovative musical sounds and conceptual catch phrases of our time with the 1997 hit "MyBabyDaddy." The title became one of the most notable catch phrases in pop culture around the world. Hollywood has capitalized on the phrase with movies like the 2004 film MyBabyDaddy (Miramax) and the 2008 film MyBabyMama (Miramax). As a music producer, Agee has been a creative force, producing records over the last 3 decades for superstar artists such as Usher, The Dream, Rick Ross, Left Eye (TLC), Trick Daddy, Ludacris, The Game, 8 Ball & MJG and Cutty Ranks -- among others. He also scored and produced music for films such The Players Club and Bring It On.

Straughn, born in Brooklyn, NY, started his entertainment career in a garage band in 1988 with Lil Jon, the king of Crunk. In 2002 Straughn formed Gud Felaz Records where he signed many artists who have maintained successful careers. Combining his love of both music and media, Straughn hosted Black Hollywood TV, which launched in 2008. This Atlanta-based artist showcase features both established and independent artists and highlights the careers of many industry hopefuls by providing them with a media platform to display their skills.

Straughn and Agee teamed up to develop and create artists signed to Gud Felaz Records, including Ebony Love, an accomplished artist and writer who went on to work with industry notables such as: Yung Joc, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Gorilla Zoe, Lil Wayne and a host of others.

The F3 Technologies, Inc., team is excited about the future of FargoTube™ and its reach into urban music under the direction of Agee and Straughn. The urban music community is noted for breaking and making superstars in this generation's digital-centric music world and has been enjoying success in that arena for many years.
