F3 Technologies Integrates Paymenting, Inc. ACH & Credit Card Payment Functionality Into the Interaction Community System

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 25, 2009) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) announced today that it is making great strides in its relationship with Paymenting, Inc., its strategic partner in Illinois. On June 27th, 2009 F3 announced that Paymenting, Inc. was selected to be its exclusive reseller of Interaction Community Systems in the Illinois market.

Since that time, F3 and Paymenting, Inc. have been working extremely hard on:

-- Integrating the two solutions to create a low-cost and seamless
payment option for homeowners. Through the use of Automated Clearing House
(ACH) and Credit Card transactions, homeowners using the Interaction
Community System can now pay their dues and any other community fee right
from their computer in the convenience of their home. No need to write a
check, no need to buy a stamp and no need to go to the post office.
-- Aligning our sales, marketing and support processes to ensure a smooth
launch of our integrated services. F3's goal is to ensure Paymenting Inc.
is armed with all the tools necessary to explosively market Interaction
Community Systems in the Illinois market.

Casey Clark, CEO of Paymenting, stated, "We pursued a strategic business relationship with F3 Technologies, Inc. because we believed in the power of Interaction Community System. Since signing the agreement in June, the system features have advanced significantly to become an even stronger and more adaptable solution to meet our future client's needs. Communities are continually looking for more effective and less expensive methods to manage and communicate with their members. With the integration of our payment services through Interaction, we firmly believe there is nothing else on the market that offers the right tools to meet these needs."

"According to Forrester Group, 48 million households will pay bills online in 2009 with more than 50% of them paying directly through their biller's website. With the integration of Paymenting's capability, Interaction Community Systems now delivers a market leading fully integrated solution for the community associations. We are also extremely excited about Paymenting's sales & marketing strategies and look forward to working with Casey's team to expand our market reach into the upper Midwest," said Paul Campbell, EVP of F3 Technologies, Inc.

The Official launch of Paymenting's sales efforts for the integrated Interaction Community System solution is slated for mid-September of this year.

The company is currently in the process of compiling a list of items to talk about in the next few weeks such as the creation of two (2) new Interaction service offerings, the launch of a new website, updates to the Ascend product lines and upcoming video conference presentations for our existing and potential shareholders.
