F3 Technologies Integrates Paymenting, Inc. ACH & Credit Card Payment Functionality Into the Interaction Community System

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 25, 2009) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) announced today that it is making great strides in its relationship with Paymenting, Inc., its strategic partner in Illinois. On June 27th, 2009 F3 announced that Paymenting, Inc. was selected to be its exclusive reseller of Interaction Community Systems in the Illinois market.

Since that time, F3 and Paymenting, Inc. have been working extremely hard on:

--  Integrating the two solutions to create a low-cost and seamless
    payment option for homeowners. Through the use of Automated Clearing House
    (ACH) and Credit Card transactions, homeowners using the Interaction
    Community System can now pay their dues and any other community fee right
    from their computer in the convenience of their home.  No need to write a
    check, no need to buy a stamp and no need to go to the post office.
--  Aligning our sales, marketing and support processes to ensure a smooth
    launch of our integrated services. F3's goal is to ensure Paymenting Inc.
    is armed with all the tools necessary to explosively market Interaction
    Community Systems in the Illinois market.
