F3 Technologies Launches Cutting-Edge Digital Distribution Platform for Ditto Music

Integration Will Bring Thousands of New Tracks to

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - Apr 15, 2011) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH), is thrilled to announce that it has finalized and launched for Ditto Music, U.K.-based partner for F3's FargoTube™ entertainment platform, to accelerate both companies' expansions in the rapidly growing, multi-billion-dollar world of digital-music sales.

Ditto Music's new site delivers the distribution capabilities that will drive Ditto Music's and FargoTube's revenue lines for years to come. It gives both platforms' clients the means to build a profitable website for direct digital distribution, as well as access to iTunes, Amazon, Napster, Spotify, Rhapsody, HMV, Zune, and dozens of other digital-music stores.

Tracks submitted to Ditto Music, which has about 25,000 client musicians, will also be added automatically to artists' own fan sites on FargoTube except where musicians opt out.

"This sleek, fast and functional site reflects the roles that Ditto Music and FargoTube play in the fundamental transformation that the music industry is undergoing," said Ditto Music's CEO and co-founder Lee Parsons, who recently opened Ditto Music's North American headquarters in Nashville.

F3's FargoTube is a unique digital marketplace and social network that helps artists reconnect with their fans, something that has been lost in the faceless transaction of today's online store. FargoTube's interactive set-up empowers them to sell their creations while facilitating direct contact with and among fans. The overhaul of Ditto Music's website highlights FargoTube's unique ability to help artists monetize their entertainment content via a site that wows fans with its interactivity and aesthetic beauty.

Content owners using FargoTube have a wide range of options for creating revenue. Artists can create and customize their FargoTube presence, upload their tracks for sale without paying a cent, and reap 70 percent of the resulting revenue, a rate that's highly competitive in the industry.

In a new revenue stream for F3, FargoTube now offers increasing levels of customization at similarly competitive monthly rates. F3 creates a custom site within FargoTube, complete with an artist's unique images and branding, for just $24.95 a month.

"When they use Ditto Music's new site, musicians around the world -- from Manchester to Memphis -- will discover music's surprisingly promising future," said F3's CEO, Frank Connor.

FargoTube ( is an online distribution and social-networking platform that's free to musicians, record labels, filmmakers and other content owners, allowing them to upload their music and videos, build a fan site, sell merchandise and connect with their fans through a central service.
