F3 Technologies Signs National Processor TransFirst® for Interaction HOA Software

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - September 1, 2010) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) has signed an agreement for Interaction Community Systems to be marketed to selected homeowners associations, property management companies and churches throughout the southeastern United States.

The TransFirst® clients covered by the agreement are concentrated in two major metro areas in the region. TransFirst, a provider of secure transaction-processing services, will serve a substantial number of Interaction's client HOAs.

It is the largest strategic partnership to date for Interaction, a state-of-the-art online platform that membership-based groups use for managing communications and finances. TransFirst is one of the nation's 15 largest payment processors, handling $30 billion in annual volume for 1,000 financial institutions and 175,000 merchant locations.

"This step we're taking with TransFirst is key in our strategy to expand Interaction's market share," Chief Operating Officer Paul Campbell said. "We believe Interaction will gain popularity among TransFirst's clients, as it has in other settings, once HOAs see its power to simplify finances and streamline communications."

Interaction Community Systems is an online platform that simplifies the processes of accounting, polling, maintenance, reserving and using recreational facilities, networking socially with neighbors, and communicating through announcements, e-mail and message boards. A voting module simplifies community elections where allowed by state law. The platform's simplicity and time-saving interfaces allow HOAs to stay self-managed, and property-management companies to become more profitable.

Interaction has 120 clients with a total of more than 20,000 end users. A major update to be introduced this month will simplify the process of registering for Interaction, allowing the service to acquire new clients more smoothly and cost-effectively while continuing to provide responsive customer service.
