Plink launched in late January and last week added its newest partner, Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. The company secured the angel round at a pre-money valuation of $5 million.
Investors participating in the angel round include Matomy Media Group (www.matomy.com), a multinational leader in digital advertising working across web, social media and mobile platforms. An early seed investor in Plink, Matomy Media Group is also a strategic partner with a global footprint. In addition, Denver-based Ahlborg Acquisitions (www.ahlborgacquisitions.com), an Angel Investment firm, led by Tom Ahlborg, managing director and principal, joined the round.
Plink will put today's announced investment to work by continuing to build its Facebook Credits-based loyalty program, develop partnerships with restaurants and offline retailers, and market online to attract Plink members.
