FACT Corp. Nutrition First™ Bake Mixes Available at Texas Supermarket Chain H-E-B

NEPTUNE, NJ--(Marketwire - October 7, 2010) -  FACT Corporation (OTCBB: FCTOA) today announced the retail launch of its new line of all natural, high fiber, Nutrition First™ bake mixes at Texas based H-E-B supermarkets. H-E-B has grown from a small, family-owned store in Kerrville, Texas to more than 300 stores across Texas and Mexico.

In 2008, H-E-B had annual sales of more than $15 billion and 71,000 employees, making them the largest privately held company in Texas and one of the largest independent food chains in the United States. Nutrition First™ mixes will be on store shelves at 150 H-E-B stores this October.
