FACT Launches New Product With Major Sale to China

("FACT Products"), operating in the natural products and supplements sector.

Focused on international markets, FACT Products formulates, develops and sells private label natural products and supplements ("NPS"), and distributes three distinct brands of supplements and functional foods through its strategic partnerships. FACT Products has recently completed its first six months of operations, and the successful launch of its 10th new item for international sales.

This week marks FACT Product's first major shipment to China, a unique whole-food based prenatal vitamin, developed in conjunction with its Chinese partner to service that growing market. This partnership gives FACT Products access to the online, health food and mass channels in the Chinese marketplace. FACT Products has three other products in development that it expects to launch in Q2 2011 in China, in addition to the branded line it already has under distribution.

With successful product launches now completed in Africa, Asia and Europe, FACT Products has proven its ability to add new distribution partners since the business' inception, and plans to add 8 new partners in 2011 as part of its strategic plan to exceed goals and expectations.

In addition, FACT Products has negotiated a contract that will give it access to the Korean big box channel on a large scale, by providing various private label NPS products through its strategic partnership there. It is expected that this business will begin to take shape in Q2 2011.
