FACT Launches Nutrition First™ Brand to the Retail Market

NEPTUNE, NJ--(Marketwire - September 22, 2010) - FACT Corporation (OTCBB: FCTOA), today announced the launch of its new line of Nutrition First™ bake mixes. These new mixes offer families convenient, good for you, bake-at-home solutions.

The all natural Nutrition First™ mixes, available in blueberry muffin, brownie, chocolate chip cookie, all-purpose baking mix and pancake/waffle mix, will be debuting at a Texas retail grocery chain next month. Each serving of the unique Nutrition First™ line of products provides at least 5 grams of fiber, 150 calories or less and is substantially reduced in sugar content. Independent consumer testing confirmed all five products meet or surpass the Top 3 comparable products for taste, texture and health benefits.
