FACT Products Inc. Expands Top Line Sales With New Customers and New Markets

BELLEVILLE, NJ--(Marketwire - Nov 9, 2011) - FACT Corporation (OTCQB: FCTOA) (PINKSHEETS: FCTOA) ("FACT," "Company"), a company focused on supporting healthier lifestyles with a broad range of bakery and nutraceutical products, announces strong sales growth from its nutraceuticals division as private label products expand to new markets.

CEO Jacqueline Danforth stated, "The FACT Products team has been hard at work this year building new marketing and sales channels internationally for our various lines of private label and 'own brand' nutraceutical products. Having completed its first full year of operations since re-activation in late August 2010, we are very pleased with the quarter over quarter growth from the Products division."

FACT Products President Bryan Hunsaker added, "This past six months we have seen increasing frequency of orders, increased re-order volume, and substantial growth to our customer base in general, expanding our private label product offerings to over 16 customers and 14 countries including Mexico, Guatemala, Trinidad, USA, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, China, Korea, the Philippines and New Zealand. In addition we're presently negotiating new business in India, Brazil, Russia, France and Spain. With a little under two months remaining in the current fiscal year, we expect to achieve our 2011 revenue expectations of just over $1 million in gross sales."
