Fairfield County Plastic Surgeon Named Medical Director of Local Med Spa

DARIEN, CT--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2015) - Dr. Fredric Newman, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Fairfield County, recently announced his new role as Medical Director for The Andrew Stefanou Salon and Spa. The med spa, located directly around the corner from his practice The Aesthetic Surgery Center, offers a wide variety of treatments, ranging from facials to hairstyling. Dr. Newman will be performing cosmetic procedures which will be delivered in his state-approved medical facility.

As the Medical Director, Dr. Newman will be overseeing treatments at the spa. He will still be doing injectables and laser skin resurfacing at The Aesthetic Surgery Center. About Fredric Newman, MD, FACS

After attending Yale College for his undergraduate education, Dr. Newman earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to do his general surgery training at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Newman trained in plastic surgery at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at New York University Medical Center where he acted as the Plastic Surgery Chief Resident.
