New Home Programs successfully sold and closed 97 homes totaling more than $12 Million in sales during their first year of operations with only 6 full time sales agents. Cory and Milly Kammerdiener, creators and owners of this faith-based company, are excited about the success they achieved in their short time in business, specifically in a time when real estate sales are low and few Realtors® focus on the first time buyer's market. Premier Agent Magazine featured the Kammerdieners on the cover of their January 2011 magazine and the magazine spotlighted Milly as one of the "Rising Stars" of Houston Real Estate in 2010. Cory Kammerdiener founded New Home Programs, a Christian real estate brokerage firm, to specialize in the needs of the first time home buyer. LLC was established on September 2, 2005 as a web site portal of information for the first time home buyer in the city of Houston, TX. After 4 years of serving the needs of Houston area home buyers, LLC became a Real Estate Corporation first in the state of Florida then in the state of Texas in February of 2010. They moved to the current Houston location in April, 2010 where they hold worship services three times a week in the conference area.

About the Kammerdieners

Cory - Son of a ninth-generation German American father and African American mother, Cory joined the Navy at 17 where he served aboard a nuclear-powered submarine as well as completed a three year tour as a successful Navy recruiter. Leaving the military for Houston, Cory observed and learned the real estate business while employed as a Central Sales Counselor at Royce Builders. He took online real estate courses from Champion's School of Real Estate in his spare time, got his real estate license, and sold twelve homes in his first month as an independent Realtor®. In 2006 after meeting Milly and her family, who were in the US from Venezuela because of her father's ministry, Cory found Christ and began a relationship with God which has led to his mission to go forth to all the nations ministering the WORD so that all may know the Good News through Real Estate.

Milly - Oldest of three daughters and one son to parents who moved from Venezuela to California for her father's ministry. The family later moved to The Woodlands, TX to serve the Lord in ministry. Milly began to work for The Woodlands Development Company and then an architectural firm, preparing her for her role in real estate. She and Cory married in 2007 and in 2009; Milly received her real estate license and went to work with Cory as his partner. This was the beginning of the vision the Lord gave them through several Christian Prophets, that the business would bless thousands upon thousands of people worldwide. In the midst of a down economy, the Kammerdieners and New Home Programs are prospering and growing thanks to their faith and the belief that they are on the right path as a "Master-Planned," divinely influenced company.
