Falken Industries Ltd Announces Important Addition to Its Scientific Advisory Board

Star Plant Manager and Chemical Industry Leader Christian Goron Joins the Falken Team.

TRENTON, NEW JERSEY--(Marketwire - May 2, 2011) - FALKEN INDUSTRIES LTD (OTCBB:FLKI) today announced the addition of new member, Christian Goron, to its Scientific Advisory Board;

Mr. Goron brings over 25 years of chemical research and development experience to his role as member of the Scientific Advisory Board, having held management positions at Seveso, Henkel, SACAP, AFPI, RENAULT and PSA among others.

M. Goron earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the "Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie" an elite institution in France. He has on hands experience in plant management and will be responsible for European production and research facilities used by Falken for product conception and prototype development that assists U.S. and European technology.

Mr Goron is also a plant manager for Aztex Ltd, a significant supplier of Falken operations and is reputed for his cost management and production efficiencies, both particularly important component of Falken's unique operations.

This appointment is consistent with Falken's recent announcements of its decision to earmark significant investment to enhance its product development and proprietary licensing operations.
