FanBunker and Football Star Propel FargoTube Into Sports

FargoTube Poised to Become Social Entertainment Breakout Phenomenon

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - Jul 28, 2011) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) today announced its new partnership with a professional football player and the acquisition of a social news and networking site for sports fans, exciting moves that propel F3's FargoTube online entertainment platform into sports-related content.

F3 has acquired, whose unique format aggregates blogs and news stories across several media sources to create a one-stop social experience for the fan of any professional or collegiate sports team. FanBunker will be integrating live interviews of sports figures hosted by former NFL linebacker Carlton Bailey, who appeared in three Super Bowls with the Buffalo Bills before going on to play for the New York Giants, and the Carolina Panthers.

"We're honored and thrilled that Mr. Bailey is helping to drive this expansion as it will add additional credibility to fanBunker's presence in the marketplace," F3 President of Media and Music Kwan Straughn said. "He's joining F3 and fanBunker as we integrate boxing, soccer, golf, tennis, track and field, and other sports -- professional, collegiate and little league -- into our social-media platform, and that is big, awesome news."

The FargoTube platform may also utilize fanBunker technology to expand its sports-content capabilities and showcase all relevant news for media brands from television to movies, live performances and music. Content aggregated by fanBunker technology will be showcased on each brand's tube, thus enriching the fan experience in a way not yet seen on the Internet.

"We will be excited to see F3 Technologies take the promise of fanBunker -- easily finding the best online sports content -- to the next level," fanBunker co-founder Mark Griffith said.

"Our decision as a company to acquire a sports website was a no brainer," Straughn said. "Since 2008, integrated sports/social entertainment has grown from a modest niche market to a multi-billion-dollar industry. FanBunker presented a prime opportunity for FargoTube to take advantage of this growing market."

F3 plans to update the look and feel of fanBunker as part of its efforts to expand the site's reach and facilitated new forms of fan interaction beyond the current blogging forum.

In other news, F3 Technologies today announced the departure of Paul Campbell from the company.
