FargoTube Marketing Reaches Thousands of New Artists

Creating a Web of Profitability for FargoTube and Ecosystem of Partners

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2011) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) announced today that it is beginning to market its innovative FargoTube™ entertainment platform to tens of thousands of musicians being served by new strategic partners.

FargoTube advertisements and links are now active on the websites of Gig Launch, an online booking agency with roughly 50,000 musician clients, and Music2Q, a Canadian music-licensing agency connected to thousands of musicians and film producers. Additionally, the agencies will approach their existing clients to suggest FargoTube; new clients will be able to select FargoTube as part of the registration process.

FargoTube is a unique direct-to-fan platform that helps artists reconnect with their fans, a digital marketplace that replaces the faceless transactions of online stores. FargoTube's interactive set-up empowers artists to sell their creations while facilitating direct contact with and among fans and giving them direct control over sales and reliable data about their fans' buying habits.

Musicians, filmmakers, remote instructors and other artists can upload their digital media free of charge and then make it available on a per-view, per- file and/or subscription basis, setting prices and receiving 70 percent of the resulting revenue. Moreover, artists can encourage their fans to share rich digital content -- concert footage and live recordings, for example -- with each other, either free of charge or while sharing revenue with the artists.

SXSW (South by Southwest) next week will be an opportunity for F3 executives to introduce FargoTube to numerous potential strategic partners and users in the music and film industries. The music, film and interactive conference in Austin, Texas, now in its 25th year, has routinely drawn more than 30,000 industry professionals and journalists and more than 100,000 concertgoers.
