FastFunds Financial Corporation Announces Distribution and Marketing Agreement for Its Cannabis GreenCard With an Entity Having Access to Over 1,000 Dispensaries

WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Oct 30, 2014) - FastFunds Financial Corporation ("FastFunds" or the "Company") (OTC: FFFC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cannabis Angel, Inc., a company involved in providing financing alternatives, corporate finance and general management consulting services to early-stage cannabis companies and projects, announced today that they have entered into a distribution and marketing agreement for its Cannabis GreenCard product with WMII, Inc. ("WMII")

Through the Company's 49% ownership in Cannabis Merchant Financial Solutions, Inc. ("CMFS"), WMII has agreed to market the Company's Cannabis GreenCard through an extensive database developed over the past several months that contains over 1,000 medical and recreational dispensaries throughout the Colorado, Washington State and California regions.

WMII has access to a large community of companies that service the cannabis industry. By leveraging these existing relationships, WMII will allow CMFS to gain access to their extensive list of prospective customers for the Company's Cannabis GreenCard product.
