FBEC Worldwide Acquires Intellectual Property Rights of Hemp Formulation for Energy Beverages

Dr. Strause's Hemp Formulation Secured for August 2015 Launch of WolfShot™ and Additional FBEC H.E.M.P™-Based Beverage Launches in the Third and Fourth Quarter of 2015

CHEYENNE, WY--(Marketwired - Jul 2, 2015) - FBEC Worldwide Inc. (OTC PINK: FBEC), a beverage company with intellectual property formulas and marketing capability for the production and distribution of proprietary beverages including H.E.M.P.™-branded energy shots and drinks and nutraceutical supplements, today announced the Company has retained ownership and rights to its hemp-based formulation developed by Dr. Linda Strause of G. Randall & Sons. FBEC Worldwide's formulation will be used in a series of product launches in the second half of the year beginning with WolfShot™ in August 2015. For the Company's pending launch and other produce launches, Dr. Strause and G. Randall & Sons will oversee the blending of the Company's formulation and provide quality control of its beverage production lines.

On June 29, FBEC filed a form 8-K with the SEC detailing its agreement (the "Agreement") with G. Randall & Sons, Inc. The Agreement provides FBEC Worldwide with all rights of ownership and use of Dr. Strause's and G. Randall's hemp-based formulations for blending into FBEC Worldwide beverages. FBEC Worldwide will begin manufacturing of its first hemp-based energy drink, WolfShot™, developed with and for WolfShot under endorsement by The Wolf of Weed Street. The beverage will be based on its hemp formulation infused with fruit extracts, probiotics, amino acids and caffeine. In the Company's joint press release on June 29, WolfShot and FBEC Worldwide intend launching WolfShot™ at retail locations in August of this year.

The Agreement with G. Randall & Sons also provides ongoing collaboration to develop new formulation and a financial consideration for direct access to Dr. Linda Strause and her team. Dr. Strause is G. Randall's leading clinical scientist and has a 30-year history in biotechnology and neurophysiology. Dr. Strause and the Company will collaborate on a number of pending product launches of FBEC Worldwide beverages during the second half of the year and adjust formulations according beverage ingredients. FBEC Worldwide purchased the formulation and rights for $50,000 which included a $15,000 cash payment and a $35,000 six-month convertible note.

Dr. Strause received her B.S. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego and her Ph.D. in Neurophysiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She maintains an Adjunct Professor Appointment at the University of California, San Diego where she currently teaches Human Nutrition courses. She is an invited public speaker regarding "Conduct of Clinical Trials" to "Ethical Considerations regarding Life Threatening Diseases." Dr. Strause is the Co-Founder of G.
