FCC Terre Haute Seeks Contractor to Provide Produce Weekly

TERRE HAUTE, IN--(Marketwired - September 13, 2016) - The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Terre Haute, IN has issued a single award solicitation for a contractor to provide and deliver produce weekly to FCC Terre Haute, IN.

This solicitation is reserved for small business set-aside.

This solicitation will be FOB Destination with a preferred delivery day of Tuesdays. Deliveries will be made to the FCC, 4700 Bureau Road South, in Terre Haute, IN. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.

The government reserves the right upon award to make formal single awards, and plans to issue an award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the best overall value to the government, in regards to price, delivery, and past performance.

All responsive offerors must respond via email by Friday, September 16, 2016, to Contract Specialist Jared Hamblin at with quotes, and include a signed 1449 with completed lines 17a., 30a., and 30b.

Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) and must have a complete, current, and active System for Award Management (SAM) Registration.
