FDIC Auction to Include Foreclosed Office Buildings, Homes, Land

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Oct 3, 2011) - Office buildings, former bank branches and even a former technical school will be among more than 20 properties selling at auction in Denver on Saturday, Oct. 22. The auction will be part of a series of FDIC sales of foreclosed real estate, with John Dixon & Associates managing the sales.

The auction will also include a luxury home in Denver, with approximately 6,506 square feet. The home is located at 159 S. Dexter Street, Denver.
