Fedarra Delivers Affordable New Reporting Services to Small- and Medium-Sized Stimulus Package Recipients

Web-Based and Concierge Services Make It Fast and Easy for Stimulus Award Recipients to Complete Mandatory Recovery Act Reporting

LAKE OSWEGO, OR--(Marketwire - September 8, 2009) - Fedarra, a veteran-owned business offering unique web-based stimulus package reporting services, today announced new reporting services for small- and medium-sized stimulus package recipients. All recipients of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) stimulus awards must report quarterly to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), per the Recovery Act and OMB reporting guidance, with the first reporting deadline fast approaching on October 10, 2009.

Unlike most states and large corporations, local government and small and medium business recipients often do not have the staff, knowledge and tools to efficiently complete the required stimulus reporting. Fedarra offers three new services to make the complex reporting process easy, fast and accurate.

Fedarra's Basic Package is designed for budget-conscious organizations that are comfortable managing the reporting process on their own. The simple, intuitive web-based service guides the recipient every step of the way. Features include free registration, automated data collection and field population, accuracy checks, job calculation and an audit trail.

Fedarra's Plus Package offers a personal Concierge Service to manage the reporting process for the customer. The Concierge Service, analogous to hiring a tax preparation professional, provides a dedicated individual to manage reporting preparation, data collection, job calculation, registration and report review prior to filing. The Concierge also alerts customers of OMB reporting updates and impending deadlines and is an expert stimulus reporting resource.

Fedarra's Premium Package offers the personal Concierge Service found in the Plus Package and extends that service to the prime recipient's sub-recipients and vendors.

"Learning a completely new and complex reporting process can be a daunting task when a government or business team has a pressing list of priorities and limited staff," said John Cimral, founder and CEO of Fedarra. "Without Fedarra, recipients can expect to spend hours educating themselves on reporting requirements and then many additional hours registering, preparing and filing using the complex federal reporting system. Fedarra guides the recipient, either through a straightforward and painless web-based tool or with the personal assistance of a Concierge, to simplify the process."

"Fedarra has the advantage of a leadership team that truly understands the needs of government and business," continued Cimral. "It has been my privilege to assemble a staff with significant experience in the government and business markets that is dedicated to customer satisfaction and doing the job right the first time."

Pricing and Availability

The Fedarra Basic Package can be purchased for a quarterly price of $299 per award. The price includes reporting for the prime recipient organization and all sub-recipients and vendors that are involved with the recipient's stimulus award(s). Payment is not required until a report is filed, allowing the prime recipient to test the service prior to purchase. The Fedarra Plus Package, which includes the Concierge Service, is $599 per award each quarter and covers the prime recipient organization's reporting. The Fedarra Premium Package is also $599 per award each quarter, plus $199 per sub-recipient and vendor. All Fedarra services include free reporting registration with the Federal Government.

All Fedarra services are available now to help organizations complete the reporting registration process. The complete reporting process will be available October 1, 2009; the first day the Federal Government will accept reports. For organizations that sign up for any Fedarra service, Fedarra provides a free Stimulus Reporting Kit and membership to the Fedarra Forum, a 2009 ARRA think tank community.
