TALLAHASSEE, FL--(Marketwired - November 14, 2016) - The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, in Tallahassee announced on Monday, November 14 plans to issue a solicitation for a contractor to provide dairy for all meals each day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), seven days/week. The period of performance will begin January 1, 2017 and end March 31, 2017.
The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. Payment will be made using the government purchase card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award.
Each interested contractor must complete the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
Interested contractors must respond to the solicitation – which will be released on fbo.gov within the next day or two -- by no later than December 9, 2016. To receive the contract, contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
