Federman & Sherwood Announces Filing of Securities Class Action Lawsuit Against Vivint Solar, Inc.


OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwired - Nov 26, 2014) -  On November 21, 2014, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against Vivint Solar, Inc. (NYSE: VSLR). The complaint alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act, including allegations of issuing a series of material or false misrepresentations to the market relating to the Company's Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with the October 1, 2014 initial public stock offering (the "IPO"). 

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all Vivint Solar, Inc. shareholders who purchased common stock between October 1, 2014 and November 10, 2014 (the "Class Period") and are therefore a member of the Class as described above. You may move the Court no later than Tuesday, January 20, 2015 to serve as a lead plaintiff for the entire Class. However, in order to do so, you must meet certain legal requirements pursuant to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
