OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwire - March 22, 2010) -  On March 18, 2010, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts against AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAG). The complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, specifically Section 11 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including allegations of issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market which had the effect of artificially inflating the market price on or about the date of the Registration Statement, January 21, 2010.
