FEMA to Install Cable TV System at its Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center

Plans to Award one Firm-Fixed-Price Contract


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - September 22, 2015) - The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) on Monday, September 21 to award a contract for the installation of a cable television head-end system at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center.

The contract calls for the provision of all related labor, tools, parts, supervision, and other items necessary for the installation.

FEMA issued the RFQ as a Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517410, for which the Small Business Size Standard is $32.5M. It plans to award one award, via the issuance of firm-fixed-price contract, and it prefers FOB Destination pricing.

Submissions must include a unit and extended price; the business's DUNS Number; and also its TIN Number.
