Ferguson Elevates Staff and Hires New Employees

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - September 17, 2009) - Ferguson, the founding professional
advertising and promotion agency of CommonHealth, today announced five
promotions and two new hires. CommonHealth (www.commonhealth.com) is the

Promotions
John Kilkeary, with Ferguson for two years, has been promoted to vice
president, account group supervisor from his previous position of vice
president, account supervisor. In his new role, Mr. Kilkeary will continue
to ensure successful program implementation for his assigned brands, as
well as supervise and mentor his account team.
Tayla Blount, a CommonHealth employee for nearly three years, has advanced
from account supervisor to account group supervisor. As such, Ms. Blount
will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of her allocated
projects, and for providing her clients with strategic and tactical
insights.
Teresa Kyle has been elevated to group copy supervisor from her prior role
of copy supervisor. In her new position, she will contribute to creative
direction for various accounts and oversee all copywriting for her assigned
projects. Ms. Kyle has been with Ferguson for three years.
Both Jamie Babbitt and David Petracca have been promoted to copywriters
from their earlier roles as associate copywriters. Both with Ferguson for
more than a year, Ms. Babbitt and Mr. Petracca will continue to develop
copy for promotional materials for their assigned accounts.
New Hires
Both Joanna Forbes and Kelly Keating enter Ferguson as senior account
executives. They will be responsible for the daily operations of their
accounts, ensuring the clients' needs and expectations are met. Before
joining Ferguson, Ms. Forbes was employed as a senior account executive at
Harrison Wilson and Associates, a healthcare advertising agency, in
Parsippany. Most recently, Ms. Keating worked as a marketing coordinator at
DePasquale Companies, a professional beauty product manufacturer and
distributor located in Fair Lawn.
