Fernando Espinosa Inducted Into Exclusive Pinnacle Society

Recruiting Society Limited to 75 Members -- South Bay Resident Is First Mexican

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - November 27, 2007) - Fernando Espinosa, Senior Managing Partner of San Diego-based Qualifind, Inc. has been selected to join The Pinnacle Society, a prestigious national organization of the 75 highest volume recruiters from boutique executive search firms in North America. Espinosa has more than thirteen years of search experience in the manufacturing market and has earned top cash-in billings for the past 6 years. He is the first member of The Pinnacle Society from Mexico.

His 13 years of experience includes recruiting talent throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico, outplacement, cultural sensitivity and other human resource related issues in Mexico operations.

Espinosa earned a Masters Degree in International Administration from CETYS University in Mexico and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from UNAM University in Mexico City. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Japanese and French. Espinosa is a native of Mexico and resides in the Otay Ranch community of Chula Vista, Calif. He is married and has two children.
