FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank Appoint New Chairman of the Board


WABASH, IN--(Marketwired - Feb 6, 2015) - FFW Corporation (OTC PINK: FFWC) and Crossroads Bank have announced the appointment of Daniel H. Ford as Chairman of the Board. The previous Chairman, J. Stanley Myers, has served as Chairman of the Board since 2003 and has served as a Director since 1985. Mr. Myers stated, "I have been working for the past year and a half with the board on a succession plan and now seems like a good time to pass the leadership on to Dan." Mr. Myers will continue to serve as a Director through September 30, 2015.

After graduating from Purdue University in 1983 with a degree in Industrial Management, Mr. Ford returned home to work in the family business, Ford Meter Box Company. In 2002, Mr. Ford left his Senior Vice President position to pursue civic and family interests. Mr. Ford remains a Director of Ford Meter Box Company and is Chairman of the Ford Meter Box Foundation. In addition, Mr. Ford is a Board Member of the Wabash County YMCA, past President of the Honeywell Golf Course Agency Board and past President of the Wabash Rotary Club. Mr. Ford currently serves as President of The Charley Creek Foundation and is the tennis coach at Wabash High School. Mr. Ford has been a Director of the Crossroads Bank Board since 2005. Mr. Ford resides in Wabash with his wife, Tammy, and two daughters.
