(NYSE: CNH) announced today that the registration statement on Form F−4 (the "Registration Statement") of FI CBM Holdings N.V. (to be renamed "CNH Industrial N.V."), has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. CNH Industrial N.V. will be the new parent holding company of the group following the mergers among Fiat Industrial S.p.A. ("Fiat Industrial") and CNH Global N.V. ("CNH") into CNH Industrial N.V. The registration statement relates to the shares that will be issued to shareholders of Fiat Industrial and CNH in connection with the proposed mergers.
