EDISON, NJ--(Marketwire - January 11, 2011) - FieldView Solutions, a provider of industry-leading data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software, today announced that it has promoted three FieldView employees to key leadership positions within the organization. Russ Webb, formerly Operations Manager, will now serve as Vice President of Operations; David Hauck, formerly Vice President, Information Technology, has become FieldView Solutions' Chief Technology Officer (CTO); and David Schaible, previously Project Engineer, is now Service Manager.

Russ Webb has over 20 years of experience in operations and project management. He joined the FieldView Solutions team in January 2010 as Operations Manager. Russ led the field engineering group and was responsible for all installation and customer service of the company's flagship FieldView software. As Vice President of Operations, Webb's primary responsibilities include design and execution of the overall structure and day-to-day processes of the company. He will ensure the highest levels of business practices are in place while working closely with the FieldView technology department to monitor reporting and other forms of data. Prior to joining FieldView, Webb was with TAC Americas, Inc. and Trane as operations manager and also spent 10 successful years with the facilities service giant Johnson Controls.
Dave Hauck joined the FieldView Solutions team in 2010. As Vice President of Information Technology, Dave channeled his substantial skills to both FieldView Solutions' IT and Development departments. As the company's new CTO, Hauck will work closely with FieldView's executive management, IT team members and external partners to ensure that the company's IT infrastructure and digital assets are working efficiently and effectively. Previously, Mr. Hauck was Senior Project Manager at Cox Enterprises, where he led software development projects in the HR and payroll departments. He has held similar management positions at The Home Depot, and Ernst and Young. David is tasked with the constant improvement of the FieldView software solution and leadership of the product development team.
David Schaible brings over a decade of experience in the controls and monitoring field to his new position as Service Manager for FieldView Solutions. He is focused on the delivery of services to mission-critical environments where high uptime is vital. David joined FieldView in January 2010 as a Project Engineer, after being involved in the development and implementation of the FieldView platform since its inception in 2003. David serves as the company's representative to its data center manager customer base, and he has been an integral part of the installation and field support of the FieldView solution. He works closely with FieldView customers on system design, implementation, commissioning, turnover, training and continued support and service. Previously, Mr. Schaible was a Project Supervisor at Elemco Building Controls.
