Fighting Fat From Philly to Phoenix

GREEN BAY, WI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 10, 2005 -- This morning at 8AM CDT, IntellectualMarketing, LLC of Green Bay will address The 2nd Action on Obesity Summit at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. Michael Bina, founder of the Green Bay-based company, will present an abstract to more than 200 people representing the healthcare industry, the food industry, the government -- and various lobbying organizations.

The abstract titled: "It begins with a Conversation," introduces The IntellectualMarketing Model© as a viable plan to help "sell" the idea that the world needs to be on a Big, Fat Collective Diet -- and sustained lifestyle change.

"NO small task indeed," Bina said, "but we need to attack the problem -- and we don't have 20 years to think about it. We need to bite the bullet now, and begin organizing a long-term, aggressive effort to improve the health of our community. This is affecting us all, and Action on obesity is necessary -- not more debate. We're going to give them something very different to talk about!"

The IM Abstract introduces a competitive sales and marketing strategy for "selling" the idea of diet, exercise and healthy lifestyles to a disinterested target market. Up to the Summit today, obesity has been a very hard sell for health professionals; and the worldwide statistics are getting grim. Educators, public health officials and medical professionals generally don't deal with marketing issues, but the timing is right for the Abstract. Marketing was a major topic of discussion at the Summit.

"It came through loud and clear: 'How the heck do we sell the idea of good health and good diet?' For most of the professionals at the summit, our abstract will be a little abstract, but it will definitely get the discussion going," Bina said. "This is a great place for us to showcase our ideas with a highly diverse, professional, and very motivated group."
