Finacity Arranges EUR 100 Million Receivables Securitization Facility for Germany Headquartered Papier Union and PMF Factoring


STAMFORD, CT--(Marketwired - Jan 4, 2016) - Finacity Corporation ("Finacity") announced that it has successfully launched a combined receivables securitization program for Papier Union GmbH ("Papier Union") and PMF Factoring GmbH ("PMF Factoring"), allowing up to EUR 100 million in funding through a leading European bank.

Finacity acted as Joint Arranger and provided analytic and structuring support. It also serves as the transaction's Administrator.
