Final Day to Book at MGM Grand for DC Brands Shareholder Event

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - July 13, 2007) - DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBI) wanted to remind its shareholders that today is the last day to book a room at the MGM Grand. The company's upcoming shareholder event will be held in Las Vegas on July 28, 2007 and will include a meeting followed by a reception, both held at The Palms.

A limited block of rooms is available at the MGM Grand at the discounted rate of $99 per night, applicable toward one night only for those attending the shareholder event. To use this discounted rate, a shareholder must email PR Director Aubrey Cornelius at aubrey@sprocketcommunications.com by 5pm MTN today, who is coordinating this rooming list separate from MGM's Group Reservations division. As mentioned, this is only available to the first 50 responders.

The final deadline for interested guests to RSVP to the actual event is Wednesday, July 18. To RSVP for the shareholder meeting, send an email to vegasparty@dc-brands.com.
