Financial Relations Board Hires Mary Jensen as Vice President in Los Angeles; Adds Further Depth to the Firm's Industry-Leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and Real Estate Financial

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- Financial Relations Board (FRB), one of the nation's leaders in investor relations for more than 40 years, today announced that Mary Jensen will join the firm's Los Angeles office as a vice president in their industry-leading REIT and Real Estate Financial Communications practice. In her new role, Jensen will leverage her extensive experience as a senior investor relations director for multi-billion dollar REITs such as Essex Property Trust, Inc. and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation to support existing clients and drive new business growth.

Immediately prior to FRB, Jensen was director, investor relations at Essex Property Trust, Inc. where she managed key market/financial analyst relations as well as financial media and community outreach. Moreover, Jensen organized road shows and conference participation, oversaw SEC filings and Edgarization, and handled all corporate communications initiatives, including the production and creation of the annual report and quarterly competitive surveys on the company's peers.

Previously, Jensen served as director, investor relations at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. In that capacity, Jensen created and implemented communication tools and protocols and worked closely with general counsel to standardize corporate compliance with public disclosure obligations. In addition, Jensen functioned as an information liaison between senior management and the financial community and provided management with in-depth analysis regarding attitudes and perceptions of Mack-Cali, its peers and the real estate industry as a whole.

An industry veteran, Jensen was also an investor relations specialist with the Times Mirror Corporation where she communicated with retail and institutional investors and interfaced with transfer agents regarding such shareholder issues as dividend reinvestment plans. She began her career in corporate treasury with the Walt Disney Corporation, where Jensen's responsibilities included annual meeting coordination and the development of financial reports and presentations for internal and external events.

Jensen is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and a writer for Investor Relations 2000.
