Samantha Loveland, Vice President of Customers for Life and John Moss, Vice President and General Counsel Join in New Roles

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 29, 2014) -, the leading cloud ERP provider built on the Salesforce1 Platform, today announced that Samantha Loveland and John Moss have joined in new management roles to help guide the company through its fast-paced growth. Samantha Loveland joins as Vice President of Customers for Life and John Moss will serve as vice president and general counsel.

Loveland brings to an extensive background in customer service and experience, having led worldwide customer engagement programs for and Yammer during periods of extreme growth. She has also recently worked similar roles for Microsoft (after acquiring Yammer) and Findly. In her new role, Loveland will spearhead's Customers for Life program, a strategic new arm which brings together all customer-facing departments. Customers for Life will encompass customer success, support and consulting, and will play a central role in nurturing existing and future customer relationships.

As's first general counsel, Moss will be responsible for managing all legal affairs, including commercial and financial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, regulatory compliance and other important functions. He previously served as general counsel for Intraware (now Flexera) and, where he led global commercial contracts for over seven years.
