Findly Promotes Positive Candidate Experience as 2013 CandE Awards Sponsor

Company Partners With Talent Board to Help Recognize the Organizations That Deliver a Stellar Candidate Experience

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2013) - Findly, the on demand talent market leader and a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company, announced today that it is supporting Talent Board, a non-profit organization dedicated to the elevation and promotion of quality candidate experience, as a 2013 North American Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards silver sponsor.

Findly provides enhanced mobile and social technology that facilitates the way employers identify, engage and hire right-fit talent for their organizations, while helping candidates find a career they love. Through its innovative Talent Hive, a revolutionary automated talent platform that acquires, manages, screens and engages only warm candidates, companies are able to hire the right talent instantly. Meeting the needs of the next-generation workforce, which expects mobile, fast, easy and direct interactions, Findly's technology gives employers solutions to enhance their candidate experience. As a first-time sponsor of the CandE Awards, Findly is furthering its commitment to help promote the importance of delivering a positive experience to the benefit of job candidates and employers.

"Since launching the Candidate Experience Awards, we have seen a number of changes to the recruiting process, including the rise of social and mobile efforts as technology and trends influence the industry. And, as we enter the CandE Awards' third year, Talent Board is incredibly excited and grateful for the sponsorships that enable us to continue benchmarking candidate experiences and documenting the evolution of the recruiting profession," commented Gerry Crispin, Talent Board co-founder and principal and chief navigator at CareerXroads.

The 2013 CandE Awards program includes three survey rounds designed to evaluate recruitment practices throughout the entire hiring process. Round One captured company recruitment practices related to the overall candidate experience through a multi-dimensional survey. All nominated companies that completed the first round will receive complimentary Employer Benchmark data, illustrating how their candidate experience measures against the aggregate of all participants.

This year's CandE Awards program has collected more than 46,000 survey responses from a random sampling of qualifying companies' 2013 candidates during Round Two. Companies that meet criteria for both survey rounds will be recognized as CandE Award winners, and high-scoring companies face the final round which determines areas of distinction. With Distinction honorees will be celebrated, along with all CandE Award winners, at this year's HR Technology Conference and Expo in Las Vegas this week.

"The benefits of delivering a positive, rewarding and insightful candidate experience are clear, from streamlining recruiting processes and enhancing the employer and consumer brand to developing a pipeline of qualified talent eager to work for the company," said Jeff Russakow, CEO of Findly. "We are proud to sponsor the 2013 CandE Awards and excited to honor organizations that understand the value of positive candidate experience for both the candidate and the organization's ability to attract and retain the right talent."
