FIPCO/WBA Signs Endorsement-Partnership Agreement With IntelAccount to Promote Accounts Payable Automation and Payroll Services to Clients and Members

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - February 17, 2009) - FIPCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Wisconsin Banker's Association (WBA) representing banks throughout Wisconsin, and IntelAccount, a leading provider of web-based accounts payable, expense report and payroll processing services including e-payment and document management services for small and medium-sized organizations, announced today a partnership agreement where FIPCO will endorse and offer IntelAccount's web-based accounts payable processing, payroll and related services to banks and their commercial clients. IntelAccount services can be used internally by banks to reduce costs while improving controls, productivity and security AND as an opportunity to generate new revenue by reselling IntelAccount services to their commercial clients. Organizations using IntelAccount services can save up to 70% over internal costs, improve productivity, process controls, and reduce fraud risk.

"This is an opportunity for banks to generate new revenue, and to lower their internal accounts payable and payroll processing costs while improving productivity, controls and security without having to invest significant capital in systems and human resources. Banks can differentiate their service offerings to clients in a highly competitive market and create significant new revenue -- all while deepening relationships with their clients and saving them money at the same time," stated Pam Kelly, President of FIPCO.

"Reducing operating costs, introducing new fee-based services and improving controls and security are strategic requirements critical to long term success for any organization. IntelAccount is helping clients across the country accomplish all these goals," stated David Crane, CEO of IntelAccount. "For over 20 years, FIPCO and the WBA have been recognized as a trusted leader in the Wisconsin banking community. We are very excited about this partnership and the opportunity to work with FIPCO and the WBA to bring these leading edge services to their members."
