First Commonwealth Bank Executive to Serve on FHLBank Pittsburgh Board

INDIANA, PA--(Marketwired - September 07, 2016) - The Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLBank) today announced the appointment of James R. Reske, Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of First Commonwealth Bank and First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (NYSE: FCF), to its Board of Directors.

Along with his election to the FHLBank Board, Mr. Reske will serve on the Board's Affordable Housing, Products and Services Committee and Governance and Public Policy Committee.

Mr. Reske joined First Commonwealth Bank as Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer in April 2014. Prior to joining First Commonwealth, Mr. Reske served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at United Community Financial Corporation in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Reske's financial services career also includes investment banking roles within the Financial Institutions Groups at Keybanc Capital Markets, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio and at Morgan Stanley & Company in New York. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reske worked at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, DC and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
