First Gold Changes its Name

LAVAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 17, 2011) - First Gold Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EFG) (OTCQX:FGEXF) (FRANKFURT:F12) is pleased to announce that, following the approval of a name change by the Company's shareholders (see press release dated February 9, 2011), the Company's securities will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the name "Critical Elements Corporation" as of February 18, 2011. The new stock symbol is "CRE".

The Company is pleased to launch a new web site and a new corporate image, which, like its new name, are more representative of its activities. The new site, www.cecorp.ca, will go live in the coming days.
