First Major VC Funding, New Healthcare Interoperability Platform and Outstanding Customer Success Cap Momentous Year for Jitterbit

Leading Cloud Integration Provider Added 11,000 Customers and 300 Enterprise Accounts in Fiscal Year Ending January 2016; Secured $20 Million Series B Investment to Support Rapid Growth Trajectory

ALAMEDA, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2016) - Jitterbit, the leading provider of fast, agile integration solutions for the modern enterprise, today announced the results of a momentous fiscal year that concluded with its first major round of investment funding, the introduction of a new platform to revolutionize medical data sharing, and nonstop customer and revenue growth. To support this expansion, Jitterbit also added a new senior vice president of services, Dan Moore, who will build on the company's dedication to customer success.

With expanded product offerings and significant new funding to close its fiscal year at the end of January, Jitterbit is on track for rapid growth in 2016 to meet the surging demand for cloud-based integration. In the fourth quarter alone, the company unveiled its new Healthcare Interoperability Platform, which is already supporting a cutting-edge project to collect and share cancer treatment data for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), a $20 million Series B funding round led by KKR, and a new partner hub to help independent software vendors (ISVs) deliver immediate connectivity between their solutions and their customers' apps and endpoints.

In Q4, Jitterbit announced new partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce and the Sage Group, which is currently the largest supplier of ERP software to small businesses, and added enhanced connectivity solutions for Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel Systems, and the Salesforce Health Cloud. The company also signed new marquee customers, including Honda, Keysight, MapAnything, Mizuho, Rich Uncles and UCLA, spanning a wide range of industry verticals and generating recurring revenue growth of more than 80 percent for the fiscal year. Finally, Jitterbit was named a "Top Performer" in data integration by G2Crowd, and was recognized as a finalist in the annual SIIA CODiE awards, for best data integration solution.

More recently, Dan Moore joined Jitterbit as senior vice president of services to continue to foster the company's strong performance and intense focus on customer success. He brings extensive client services experience, having served in executive roles at venture-backed, growth-stage and Fortune 500 technology companies alike, including Cast Iron Systems, an integration platform provider where he led client services through the company's acquisition by IBM in 2010. Prior to joining Jitterbit, Moore worked as VP of customer success for AgilOne and VP of services for RightScale.

"Jitterbit's market-leading technology, along with the team's uncompromising focus on client success, make this an incredible role that I'm thrilled to take on," Moore said. "From the top down, it's about listening to our clients and delivering meaningful results."

Building on the strong momentum of the last fiscal year -- along with the new capital injection -- Jitterbit plans to scale its sales, marketing, client services and product teams to keep up with growing demand for fast connectivity between legacy IT and new digital endpoints in the year ahead.

"We had fantastic growth in 2015, with a very strong Q4 close, and we aim to build on that momentum to put Jitterbit in position to dominate the $20 billion integration market in 2016," said Jitterbit CEO George Gallegos. "As the only provider that offers data integration, process automation and API management all on a single cloud platform, we have a unique opportunity to deliver much-needed solutions to a diverse range of customers across many industries."
