First Narrows Delineates VMS Drill Targets West of Known Chester Deposits

Gravity Anomalies Are Sharply Coincident With VTEM Anomalies

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 7, 2005 -- First Narrows Resources Corp. (TSX-V: UNO) (OTC: FNRWF) ("First Narrows" or the "Company") is pleased to report that gravity anomalies have been delineated coincident with VTEM airborne geophysical anomalies west of the known volcanogenic massive sulfide ("VMS") deposits on the Chester property. Chester is situated in the southern part of the Bathurst Mining Camp, 53 km west of Miramichi, New Brunswick.

The reconnaissance gravity lines, several kilometers apart, delineated anomalies measuring up to 0.46 miligals over flat to gently inclined VTEM electromagnetic anomalies interpreted by First Narrows to be unfolded stratabound VMS deposits. The gravity anomalies, sharply coincident with the VTEM anomalies, strongly support the interpretation that the VTEM anomalies are due to sulfide mineralization. The VTEM anomalies are also interpreted to occur within the same volcanic-sedimentary lithologies that host the Chester deposits, and are therefore considered favorable for the occurrence of VMS deposits.

First Narrows either owns, or has the right to own, a 100% interest in the 293 claims that comprise the Chester property. Mr. Arthur Hamilton, P.Geo., is the Company's Qualified Person on the Chester project. Mr. Hamilton was formerly Chief Mine Geologist for Noranda's Heath Steele Division.
