First National AlarmCap Income Fund Announces Extension of Maturity Date of Bank Credit Agreement

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - First National AlarmCap Income Fund (TSX:FNA.UN) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce that it has extended the maturity date of its Bank Credit Agreement, effective from March 13, 2011 to September 30, 2011. In conjunction with the extension, the Fund utilized a portion of its cash on hand to pay down the term loan from $41.25 million to $35 million. This six month extension will allow the Fund to review its options with regards to converting to a corporation and other strategic alternatives to maximize unitholder value.
