First Place National Marketing Award Goes to TopLine

Credit Union Executive Society Presents Golden Mirror Award for Coordinated Campaigns

MAPLE GROVE, MN--(Marketwired - Aug 12, 2013) - The Credit Union Executive Society (CUES) has awarded TopLine Federal Credit Union first place in the Coordinated Campaign category in its national Golden Mirror Awards, that included at least three different forms of marketing media and measurable results. The credit union brings home a first place to Minnesota for its coordinated home equity advertising.

Entrants from all over the United States and Canada were evaluated on creativity, design, copy, effectiveness and measurability. TopLine's campaign was selected from over 500 entries with credit union assets from $250-$700 million.

The "Looking to spruce up the place? Color yourself financed" home equity campaign supported the importance of helping credit union members save with low rates and no closing costs. Whether it be a new coat of paint or four entirely new walls... or anything in between, home equities can be an affordable way for members to get projects done, with the interested potentially being tax-deductible.

"We are pleased to be honored by CUES for our marketing outreach efforts, which educated members on the benefits of making the right loan decision to fit their individual needs, along with helping to save a bit in the process too," said Harry Carter, President and CEO, TopLine Federal Credit Union. "Most importantly, TopLine is dedicated to helping our members and the community make solid financial decisions. And it's a bonus to be recognized for our marketing creativity in delivering those messages."

Winners will be announced in the October issue of Credit Union Management™ magazine and in a special email to Credit Union Times subscribers.
