  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • State officials say there are 340 Delaware residents who carry cards allowing them to use medical marijuana and nearly 100 more applications are in various stages of the 60-day processing period. More are expected to apply for cards now that the first dispensary is open.
  • First State plans to offer oils, ointments and smokable cannabis products. 
  • Medical Marijuana is approved for use in Delaware by patients who suffer from chronic pain, cancer, HIV/AIDS, ALS, Alzheimer's, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and conditions that cause intractable nausea, severe pain or seizures, among other illnesses.
  • FSCC is limited to growing 150 plants at a time and 1,500 ounces in inventory.
  • Patients are limited to purchasing six ounces per month.
